To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March 2021, a watch-along screening of the film took place, followed by a live panel made up of women currently working in the Irish electronic music scene. This event was moderated by Kate Butler and speakers Linda Buckley, Celaviedmai, Michelle Doyle and Syn responded to Sisters with Transistors; describing how the women portrayed in the film have influenced their own practice.
